I highly recommend Apple's Camera/SD card adopter to quickly transfer images from your camera/card to your iPhone/iPad. I think my wife might be ok getting rid of the jailbreak so I will try it out. On our iPad 1 (jailbroken, running iOS 5.0) it DOES show up. On my wife's iPad 3 (running iOS 6) it doesn't show up in the app store no matter what I search. I don't recommend purchasing the WU-1b wireless mobile adopter. Wireless adapters can drain batteries so keep an eye on it, you may not want to keep it on for too long! I'm still learning the features but can see using it for transferring photos to iPad for viewing or as a remote shutter. ![]() It does have a help/manual that is worth reading. M mode may provides a more capability but you would still need to set up most of the shot with the camera first. Also, different capabilities if your camera is in M,S,A or P mode. Be careful on iPad as the functions available differ if iPad is in portrait or landscape portrait has more camera operation functions.
